“It says it can’t hear me clearly”

• Play in a quiet room and hold the iPhone 30–50 cm from the guitar.
• Tune first with the free tuner.
• Strum all the strings firmly once and let them ring.
• Make sure the microphone is allowed: iPhone Settings → Chordly → Microphone.

Subscriptions

• Restore purchases: open the paywall in Chordly and tap Restore.
• Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Chordly → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reminders

Turn practice reminders or offers on or off, and choose the reminder time, in Chordly → Settings → Notifications.

Keep your progress

Chordly uses an anonymous account. Link Sign in with Apple in Settings → Account to keep your progress on a new device.

Delete your data

Chordly → Settings → Account → Delete account removes your data and account. You can also email us.

Frequently asked questions

Is Chordly free? The tuner is free. The lesson path, chord diagnosis and Pro extras need a Chordly Pro subscription.

Does Chordly upload my playing? No. Chord diagnosis runs on your iPhone.

Which chords are covered? Open chords, starting with Em, Am, C, G and D, plus strumming patterns.

Which devices? iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
