Chordly Terms of Use

Chordly is provided by Techtactoe. By downloading or using Chordly you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app.

Subscriptions

• Chordly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available weekly, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• The guitar tuner is free and does not require a subscription.

Feedback accuracy

Chord and string feedback is practice guidance, not a guarantee. Results depend on your room, instrument, tuning and device. When the app cannot hear you clearly it tells you so rather than guessing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it by means other than the app, or interfere with its operation or other users.

Intellectual property

The app, its lessons, illustrations, audio and videos are owned by Techtactoe or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Techtactoe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
